My sister and I lost our father unexpectedly this winter. The kindness and support the staff showed us during this difficult time will never be forgotten. My family and I specifically worked with Tony & Jesse throughout planning our father's service and they (as well as their team) did everything to ensure it was a wonderful celebration of our father's life and legacy. Jonathan who recorded the service and ran the livestream for our family & friends that could not be there also did a wonderful job. I could not recommend a better place and team to help during a difficult time. Thank you all again for everything that you do!

The most respectful, understanding, helpful, and caring service and funeral home to have your loved ones remembered and life celebrated with. Having more than one funeral go wrong and show the lack of care and support is something I’ve sadly had to go through. Bill Head and his family refused to let an experience like that occur within their walls. They helped every step of the way, and refused to give us an “i don’t know” attitude at any point. Jesse served as our director and was more than helpful during a difficult time. At no point was anything rushed, pressed, or forced. We asked for resources from flowers, to a preacher, to the layout of how we wanted the funeral and remembering service to go, and he helped each step of the way. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing him personally and I’m the case of the death of a loved one. The widow of the deceased could not have said anything more positive. I can’t stress the cart they showed my family, my extended family, and others during what is the hardest thing to go through. But with life, we know comes death. And anything to ease the nerves, stress, or pain is a God send. And I’m thankful for this one. Great job, and I highly encourage ANYONE, going through a loss, to please give them the chance they deserve. You’ll feel like family from the time you walk in, and much more time after you leave. There are not enough thank yous and words to express what this family owned business did for our family during the hardest time of our lives. They went above and beyond, and they comforted us every step of the way. The compassion and sympathy shown to us and our relatives and friends made the experience so much easier to get through because they literally handled everything. They truly are the best at what they do and it is a God given gift, they know how to take care of people during such a tragic time. Our love for them will be remembered in our hearts always for the steps taken to help us get through losing my husband and 6 children losing their father at such young ages. They were professional yet very kind and caring. My dad choose to plan his funeral at Bill Head Funeral Home in Tucker shortly after finding out that he had no treatment options for pancreatic cancer. My dad choose this funeral home because it is family owned and ran. My family and I consulted with Jesse Byers, Bill Head's grandson, through funeral pre planning all the way through having funeral services at Bill Head Funeral Home in Tucker for my dad who just recently passed away. We could not have been more pleased with the service we experienced. Jesse was with us every step of the way to make my dad's funeral one that honored my dad. Jesse was always compassionate and patient towards my family. He was never pushy or rude. He is very knowledgable about the funeral services offered. He was always professional and friendly in addressing concerns we had. Jesse and his mother, who also helps out at the funeral home, treated us like family. I would highly recommend Bill Head Funeral Home to anyone planning a funeral.

We were very pleased with the service and care we received from my mother’s death and my brother in law’s. The employees were kind and considerate and understood our sadness. They wanted to make sure all of our desires were met, and they were. I also helped recently with a friend’s arrangements. The employees went out of their way to help us with certain requests. The Bill Head Funeral Home has done an outstanding job in helping us deal with the loss of two family members over the last year and a half. The staff is first class. They did a beautiful job of assisting us in honoring both my parents. They were gentle in helping us deal with the grief by offering creative ways to remember our loved ones throughout the chapel service. Their military service for veterans with the playing of taps and the flag folding ceremony stirred our hearts as well as those who attended. The staff assisted us with every detail so that it was a special and memorable send off for our loved ones. All we can say is that we highly recommend the Bill Head Funeral Home - (especially Bobby Parker, Tony, the wonderful minister they recommended - Pastor Odum as well as the skilled staff technical person, Kathy). My experience with Bill Head was absolutely extraordinary! I was distraught and Michael helped me every step of the way...he took care of my Mom's pickup at the hospital, he verified her funeral voucher with my Mom's retirement benefit company and helped me and my twin brother split the difference of what was left over...he took control of everything and made this most difficult time for me stress free with nothing to worry about. The facility's were immaculate and everything looked like brand new...my Mom's memorial was epic because of Bobby and everything was so smooth and in order! If you want a inexpensive epic memorial for your family with a very helpful staff and immaculate temple than this is the place for you! Thank You Bill Head Funeral Home Tucker! Bobby and Michael I could have never done it with out you guys!
